1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to clinverohealth.com and to partner websites and patient portals operated by Clinvero Health (“Clinvero”, “we”, “us”). By using these sites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

2. What Clinvero does

Clinvero is a technology and administrative services company. We build and operate telehealth websites, intake, checkout, and order coordination for partner businesses.

Clinvero does not provide medical care, practice medicine, or operate a pharmacy, and does not make or influence clinical decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state where services are available to use the patient services offered through these sites.

4. Medical services

Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians through MDI Medical Group PC. Your clinician decides, using independent medical judgment, whether a treatment is appropriate for you. Completing an intake or paying for a service does not guarantee a prescription.

You agree to give complete and accurate health information. Telehealth is not for medical emergencies and does not replace your primary care provider.

5. Pharmacy services

Prescriptions are filled and shipped by our licensed pharmacy partners. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

6. Partner brands

Many sites powered by Clinvero carry a partner’s brand. The partner brand markets the program and sets retail prices. It does not provide medical care or fill prescriptions unless it states otherwise and is licensed to do so.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

8. Orders, payments, and refunds

Prices are shown on the website where you order. By placing an order, you authorize the charges shown at checkout.

9. Partner program

Businesses that join Clinvero as partners are also bound by their signed partner agreement and Business Associate Agreement. If those agreements conflict with these Terms, the signed agreements control for that partner.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Provide false information or use another person’s identity.
Resell or share medication prescribed to you.
Interfere with the security or operation of the sites.
Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the sites or platform.
Use the sites for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual property

The Clinvero platform, website content, and trademarks belong to Clinvero or its licensors. Partner names and logos belong to the partners. You may not use them without permission.

12. Disclaimers

Website content is for general information and is not medical advice. Results vary from person to person. Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent allowed by law, the sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Clinvero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the sites. Clinvero is not responsible for medical decisions made by clinicians or for pharmacy services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover Clinvero for claims and costs that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the sites, to the extent allowed by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
