Clinvero Health (“Clinvero”, “we”, “us”) is a technology and administrative services company. We operate this website and the telehealth platform that powers branded websites for our partners, such as clinics, med spas, and wellness businesses.

This policy covers information collected through clinverohealth.com and through partner websites and patient portals we operate. Medical care is provided by licensed clinicians through MDI Medical Group PC, and prescriptions are filled by our licensed pharmacy partners. Clinvero handles it as a business associate under signed Business Associate Agreements, and uses and discloses it only as those agreements and the law allow.

We do not use health information for advertising.

Licensed clinicians through MDI Medical Group PC, for medical review and care.
Licensed pharmacy partners, to fill and ship prescriptions.
The partner brand whose website you used, limited to what is needed to support their program and as the law allows.
Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, and shipping, under contracts that protect your information.
Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell personal information or health information.
