1. About Clinvero Health

Clinvero Health is a technology and administrative services company. Clinvero builds and operates telehealth websites for partner businesses, including medical intake, checkout, order coordination, and tracking.
Clinvero does not provide medical care, practice medicine, employ the clinicians who treat patients, or operate a pharmacy. Clinvero does not make or influence clinical or prescribing decisions.

2. Medical services

Medical services are provided by licensed clinicians through MDI Medical Group PC. These clinicians review each patient’s medical intake, may request more information or a consultation, determine whether a treatment is appropriate, and make all prescribing decisions.
All clinical decisions are made by the treating clinician using their independent medical judgment. Questions about your diagnosis, treatment, or medication should be directed to your clinician.

3. Pharmacy services

When a clinician issues a prescription, it is sent to one of our licensed pharmacy partners. The pharmacy partner fills the prescription and ships it to the patient. The dispensing pharmacy is identified on the prescription label.
Questions about a filled prescription, its label, or its delivery may be directed to the dispensing pharmacy.

4. Partner brands

Clinics, med spas, wellness businesses, and other partners may offer telehealth services under their own brand through websites powered by Clinvero. A partner brand does not provide medical care or fill prescriptions unless it states otherwise and is licensed to do so.

5. Prescriptions and eligibility

Completing an intake or making a purchase does not guarantee that a treatment will be prescribed. Treatments are prescribed only when a licensed clinician determines they are medically appropriate.
Availability of specific treatments depends on clinical eligibility, state requirements, and pharmacy availability.

6. Compounded medications

Some medications may be compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed.
Your clinician will decide whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.

7. Telehealth limitations

Telehealth care may not be appropriate for every condition. Your clinician may recommend an in-person visit, lab testing, or care from another provider when needed.
Telehealth services do not replace your relationship with your primary care provider.

8. Individual results vary

Results from any treatment vary from person to person. Information on partner websites is general and is not medical advice for your individual situation.

9. Privacy of health information

Health information is handled in line with applicable law, including HIPAA. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is collected, used, and protected.

10. State availability

Services are available only in states where clinicians through MDI Medical Group PC are licensed to provide care and where our pharmacy partners can dispense.
